The historic center of Dolcè stands around three marvelous mansions: the Ruzzenenti – Fasanotto mansion, the Guerrieri –Rizzardi mansion and the Salgari mansion, which is now home to City Hall.


The countryside around the town, now adapted to intensive grapevine cultivation, was reclaimed from the stony fluvial grounds through a constant and continuous work, which saw its peak commitment during the first decades of the last century.
