January:

• On the third Sunday of the month in San Pietro in Cariano, the “Elected Fraternity of the Codeghine” elects the cotechino (kind of spiced Italian sausage) of the year
  
  February:

• The fair “Festa della pearà” is held in Illasi, where one can taste pearà sauce with cotechino (kind of spiced Italian sausage)

• “Gran carnealon de Domeiara” Carnival celebration with a carnival float parade, musical bands and masked groups, carnival mask of Domegliara and the duke and duchess of Valbusa.
  
  March:

• On the first Sunday of the month in Montecchia di Crosara the marcia tra le colline, or march trough the hills is held
  
  May:

• The “Sagra dei piselli”, or pea fair, is held during the third weekend of the month in Colognola ai Colli. The pea is the typical product, besides wine, of the town of Colognola. The importance of this product for the economy of the town is proven also by the carnival tradition during which King Pea and Queen Lasagna are elected among the typical carnival masks. Indeed, the traditional dish is lasagna with peas.

• The “Vetrina dei vini locali,” or display of local wines, is held in Colognola ai Colli
• In Montecchia di Crosara lots of musical events are held
• In San Pietro in Cariano on the first day of May of every year the wines of the Valpolicella region are celebrated in the Festa del Recioto, festival of the Recioto wine
• VALPOLICELLORE fair of the wines of the Valpolicella region is held in Cellore d’Illasi on the second Sunday of May, with wine tasting and gastronomic specialties
  
  June:

• In Cazzano di Tramigna the provincial cherry fair “La Sagra delle More” is held on the first Sunday of June

• In Balconi di Pescantina the festival of San Pietro di Verona is held on the first Sunday of June
• In Montecchia di Crosara the cherry festival is held on the third Sunday of June

• In Fumane the Festival of Waterfalls (Molina) is held on the third Sunday of July

• August 5th: the Sagra of the Madonna del Castello, or Madonna of the castle, is held in Montecchia di Crosara
• The Sagra di Fiamene is held on the second Sunday of the month in Fane di Negrar
• The Festival of the cyclamen is held in Breonio di Fumane
