Because of their climatic characteristics, the hills of the Valpolicella Classica and of the Valpantena valleys and of the eastern region of the Veronese territory are the ideal natural habitat for the cultivation of olive trees.

Of excellent quality are also the cheese varieties of the Lessinia region, amongst which the famous Monte Veronese cheese deserves a mention. Other interesting products are: the extra virgin olive oil, the black truffel, perfect ingredient of some fine dishes, honey and cherries.
